Friends Moritz Ludl and Valentin Metzger get the crowds moving with their Bavarian dialect tunes.
The Loamsiada
In the beginning there was a broken washing machine, because every serious band needs a good founding myth. But Loamsiada not only have a funny origin story to offer, but also great music. Modern Bavarian rock sounds that shred and are absolutely danceable. The Bavarian sounds? On the one hand, there are the lyrics in dialect, written by Mo Ludl, and on the other hand, there are the brass arrangements, as these are largely derived from Bavarian brass band music - with which Vale began his musical career.
Loamsiada's Bavarian experience
When Bavarian brass meets pop
Their lyrics are sung in Bavarian dialect. Their sound is a mix of indie pop and traditional Bavarian brass, and since the band’s formation by two university friends in 2022, “Loamsiada” is on a roll. Moritz, Valentin and their crew put on 90-minute live gigs that will create a very special Bavarian visitor memory!
Loamsiada's insider tip
Everyone should take a vacation in Augsburg and simply slow down - a walk around the idyllic Kuhsee lake in the south-eastern district of Hochzoll, an ice cream at “Tutti Frutti” or the various water installations, which are part of the city's UNESCO World Heritage Site, can help.
