What do you do when you love potatoes? Friends Theo and Dominik found an answer to that question: create tasty potato dishes and open a stand on Munich’s Viktualienmarkt food market.
The potato-mad duo has come up with a signature style that combines potatoes with salad and unusual toppings. Healthy and meat-free, their “Caspar Plautz” stall quickly found loyal foodie fans who appreciate the delicious creations by the “potato boys”. Head to their stand on Tuesdays to sample their “potato of the week”. They offer 20 variations altogether, so plenty of choice!

Each one includes a potato (they sell more than 20 different types!), salad and a topping. Definitely worth trying!
